A great week of camp. . .Thanks Twin Lakes!

This past week we had the privilege of having Twin Lakes Camp come down to run another summer camp in Trujillo. What a wonderful week it was! The Lord provided beautiful weather, 175 excited kids, and an energetic and loving camp staff.

They enjoyed swimming. . .

. . .riding horses
. . .face painting

. . .super-fun games
. . .archery

. . . inflatable slides

. . .fun music

. . .arts & crafts

Thank you to the 26 Twin Lakes staff that came down to run another wonderful camp. Thank you for showing the love of Christ to over 100 children from our target neighborhoods, 40 children from a local orphanage and 25 missionary kids. The gospel message was presented in both a small group setting and in the large assembly by Pastor Paul Nasekos.

Thanks to all who financially and prayerfully supported this camp!

Back in Peru for the New Year

Thanks to all who prayed for our travels back to Peru. We had a smooth trip without any problems. All three girls slept most of the way and Sandi was able to get a great seat with lots of leg room. We had a great New Years Eve with our Peru Mission friends watching the sun set over the Pacific for the last time in 2008.
Another blessing in our trip back, we ran into our good friends, John and Heather Ferguson (former Peru Mission missionarys we worked with for two years) in the Houston airport. It was great catching up with them during our layover.
